✨ About CNEP
The Canadian Newcomer Empowerment Program (C.N.E.P.) helps newcomers navigate the first steps of settling into life in Canada with confidence and support.
We connect individuals and families to trusted housing, employment, and community resources — bridging the gap between arrival and belonging.
Rooted in dignity, fairness, and practical care, CNEP is where policy meets people — transforming relocation into a guided journey toward home, opportunity, and connection.

Canada is entering a new era of foreign credential recognition — one that will shape how internationally trained professionals navigate work, opportunity, and belonging.
CNEP is developing an innovative pilot focused on Global tech professionals and skilled workers, supporting them as they prepare for Canada’s evolving qualification and credential pathways.
This pilot will inform a broader model that strengthens mobility, employability, and long-term newcomer success for Canada.
